"Only issues were the AC in the room only got down to 72.5. Pool could use a few repairs and the wine selection could be a bit better but other than that staff was great and food was also really good for an all inclusive. Service was also really good. Beach out the back is pretty rocky as well so wear sandals or water shoes. Would stay again."

"We give this a 10/10 for a 4-star stay. For it being a facility that is not strictly a hotel, we were amazed by the experience. We must open with that the staff did a phenomenal job with communicating early and even assisting with surprising my girlfriend with flowers, a snoopy gift item, and wine. They also facilitated excursion reservations and helped us select them. They were extremely detailed and answered literally all of my questions. The building itself was very well maintained and the staff was always greeting us with a smile and always happy to help. Booking through Expedia gives you daily room service which was a great plus. The minor details that impacted score were that when we arrived, although we notified when we would be arriving, we waited about 20min for someone to greet us and walk us to our room. Once checked in and settling in for the night, we found some trash under our nightstand while plugging in our charger. The door handle to the bathroom wasn’t fully secured and slid off when going to close the door. And finally, one of the reclining chairs was not operational. Our experience at the rooftop pool was both extraordinary but also felt restricted. They have a strict policy that is predatory in nature. I want to be very clear about my choice of words- you are not allowed to bring ANY outside food or beverages… not even the welcome water bottles or previously purchased bottles from the same bar. All of our drinks tasted good but poured with a light hand."

"First tip I can give you is to have a ride already arranged through Expedia roundup. They are amazing at pick up and drop off an ensure you’ll make your trip to the airport. Once you do this walk out the airport DO NOT stop keep going and your ride share grayline be outside. In the airport they will harass you for transportation. At the resort - Miguel is my absolute favorite bartender. Luis is my favorite bellboy. The place is amazing.. I miss them lol . I didn’t get to tip as much as I wanted to… be sure to bring American dollars or pesos because it’s very hard to find an atm or tip them though Apple Pay etc, but there is one close by. Maybe 5 mins away. When I come back I will repay them for the amazing service and kindness they provided. I love puerto Vallarta and this was my first time to Mexico ever, cannot to wait to go back and do some yacht excursions!!"

"Bed was very hard. Beach beautiful. No real resort amenities not sure why they charge a resort fee: the room card on your wrist gets really nasty fast. I’d stay again but the entire 9days they didn’t change the sheets. They just kept remaking the bed. Also you have to check out an iron and they don’t give wash clothes. Not a resort more of a hotel. Otherwise not bad."

"So cute and relaxing right by the river. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. We loved the cats. It’s not a luxury resort but it’s unique, quaint, well maintained and definitely worth it for the price. Would recommend!!"
