"The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The place was very clean and had all the amenities for a traveler. "Everything was absolutely wonderful during our girls’ trip to Prague. We were welcomed with complimentary wine on arrival, enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, and loved the cozy evenings in the lobby bar with live music. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view, and we had the best sleep ever in the incredibly comfortable bed. Highly recommended!"

"It was clean and quiet good breakfast nice staff very gracious despite my poor knowledge of the Czech language. Overall a very pleasant experience. One criticism it appeared to not have an outside area where I could sit down maybe they did have one but I didn't ask and it was not mentioned by the staff. But that's a small quibble "

"Truly love the breakfast bar. It has so many options and everything is fresh. Each coffee is hand made by a professional barista. Front desk staff is amazing. We arrived by train; front desk organized for us pick up from the station. We arrived 40minutes late, yet there was no problem with the pickup. As we were about to check out our flight got canceled. I couldn't call from the land line in our room the airline. That was a bit inconvenient, but at the front desk after a failed attempt with the land line I was provided with a local cell phone. The grilled dinner (Friday - Sunday) is okay. Not bad, but only okay. Overall, I would absolutely recommend. Close to Subway, trolley. The market by the Subway on Friday was an absolute treat with a fantastic harpist/singer performing live. "

"Great service from all staff. Kate and Sandra were very understanding at the reception. They made sure we are well settled in at the arrival and made sure we were given rooms to our liking and likewise at the point of checkout, extra time was provided. Makes the logistics smooth overall. All ladies work hard while serving breakfast, though a little more variety can be introduced so that it doesn’t get boring. Minor Improvements to the lift services can be introduced, as one of them kept breaking down, which hotel management was trying to get fixed. Apart from some minor issues, Wonderful stay and really enjoyed the sauna, jakuzi and swimming pool facilities. "
