Zimmer sind super sauber, die Unterkunft an sich auch sehr edel und hochwertig. Man muss beachten, dass es direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt. Das Prag eine sehr belebte Stadt ist, ist hier mit Lärm zu rechnen.

We had a wonderful stay - very impressed with the room, it was very clean, beds were comfy, plenty of storage for clothes in the room, staff were very helpful and friendly, offering luggage storage for our evening flight so we could go out in the day. We were also pleased with how quiet it was and the location was great - walkable to main attractions and round the corner from a tram stop.

Beautiful and large, open studio apartment with separate entry (close off with door) and bathroom. Clean, well stocked kitchen with dishes although we did not use. Pleasant minimalist decor in a beautiful building. Cherry on top is small balcony with table and chairs overlooking city. Only complaint is that the extra ‘twin bed’ was a small, not so comfortable cot for our son, although our King was wonderful!! Would also recommend clear directions for where and how to access entry door after hours (took us a bit to figure this out!) and maybe a luggage storage accessible 24 hours and self-serve?

The accommodation itself was fine, but our stay was completely ruined by a constant and overpowering smell of feces and rotten sewage that filled our room, clearly coming from the kitchen sink. It felt as if someone had defecated right there, and the stench persisted all day, every day. This seems to be due to the building’s outdated and broken drainage system. Because of this, I strongly advise anyone considering this place to choose a different accommodation. The smell, especially on the upper floors, is unbearable and will undoubtedly ruin your stay.

Konumu gayet iyi toplu taşıma duraklarına yakın. Yüyümeyi biraz seviyorsanız Astronomik saat, Charles köprüsü ikonik noktalara yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Konaklama deneyimi bekletimin üzerinde oldu. Temizlik, fiziki şartları ve konfor harika. Eşyalar yeni gibiydi. En ince ayrıntısına kadar her detay düşürülmüş. Ana cadde üzerinde olmasına rağmen ses izolasyonu da gayet yeterliydi. Stayed in a deluxe apartment with balcony. The best place I have ever stayed. Exceptionally modern and clean. Easy to get in and out. Provided with all you need and more. 3 min walk from Tesco Expres. Very close to a tram stop too. Perfect stay all round would 100% recommend.

Ich schreibe selten Rezensionen, aber diesmal finde ich, dass die Unterkunft es verdient, gelobt zu werden. Die Zimmer sind genau wie in den Bildern zu sehen. Es ist wahnsinnig sauber, die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einchecken ging mit dem zugesendeten Link einwandfrei. Man hat auf dem Zimmer alles was man braucht und wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt. Wegen der Lage an einer Hauptstraße war es ab und zu am Abend bzw. Nachts laut, aber nichts, was uns gestört hat. Für den Fall der Fälle hatte man aber auch auf dem Zimmer Ohrstöpsel. Wir waren über Weihnachten hier und haben sogar eine Tüte Plätzchen bekommen, die auch sehr lecker waren. Eine Flasche Wasser gab es auch und Kaffee und Tee hatten wir auch auf dem Zimmer. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder Nobilis als Unterkunft für die nächste Reise nach Prag wählen.

Nicely renovated property, but no amenities and lots of inconveniences. No daily room cleaning, only every other day. Contactless check-in with no room key, just a pass code for both the main entrance and the hotel room. Most of the time we passed by the front desk, no one was around. And the main hotel entrance was often crowded with linen carts. The side of the hotel is near a busy, noisy street. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but I would probably choose another location next time.

We had a fantastic experience staying here, and it was by far the best accommodation during our trip to Berlin, Prague, Vienna, and Bratislava. Pros: The building, while old, has been fully renovated with engineering precision, and the high-quality materials used in the rooms and halls are truly noticeable. The unit was super spacious, with an impressive 12-foot ceiling and excellent natural lighting coming through the large windows. The room was equipped with all the amenities you could need: an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, utensils, welcome water and coffee, a desk, wardrobe, safe box, and even shampoo and lotions. The reception staff were incredibly hospitable, offering helpful recommendations for exploring Prague and ensuring we felt welcomed. The location was perfect—within walking distance of the main terminal and downtown. We barely spent anything on transportation because everything was so accessible. Smooth self-check-in and check-out added to the convenience of our stay. Cons: The bed was two single beds attached, which wasn’t ideal. A king or queen-sized bed would have been much more comfortable. The reception is not available 24/7, as they close at 5 PM. We noticed an older couple arriving late and struggling with the online check-in process, which could be challenging for some. Overall, this was a top-notch stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. We will book here again next year :)
