It is a OK hotel

Its location is good, but bit of noisy( traffic noise outside). Room is clean, but its facilities are outdated and not in very good condition. Buffet breakfast is great.

Nice place for a short city break

We were surprised that entrance to the breakfast room was not barrier free therefore difficult to reach for slightly handicapped. I am not sure if this information is in the premises description. There was a kettle with two cups in the room, however, that was all - no tea/coffee bags. Anyway, we liked our stay as the staff are nice and friendly.

The hotel was veey clean, we were staying in the quadraple room. The sarounding of the hotel is very nice as well, you can easily reach the hotel using any tran line. The staff were helpful for all our stay. The only negative point is the limited breakfast options but nevertheless it was eatable.

we stayed here at the hotel for 1 week and had a Studio suite. the room was ok. the water pressure was absolutely miserable. the breakfast was good and a lot of good selection every morning. nice balcony in a quiet neighborhood. the hotel is very close to everything and you could easily walk to Lidl in 5 minutes.

Old hotel and some rooms have little daylight due to underground rooms but clean cheap and well maintained , excellent buffet breakfast , freindly staff , changed room for me before I arrived for easier access due to mobility issues. Helpful staff

Nice apartment room with kitchen facilities. Easy check in. Near public transport (trams and railway station). Near some restaurants and bars (including brand new McDonald's if you want something quick and simple) Good breakfast buffet including some hot items. Would use again.

The hotel was lovely. Everything was clean and the receptionists were so helpful. The receptionists themselves would make me stay here again just from how friendly and welcoming they were. The property itself was in great condition, but the area around the property wasn't ideal. There was a lot of construction around the hotel and they had a balcony that seemed like it was going through some type of renovations. Regardless, the stay was great and had a good price. I would definitely stay again.

Disappointing spa and bar facilities

I was expecting a hotel with a spa. The hotel had one jacuzzi and a massage room. There's no bar to speak of, you can order a basic drink in the reception only. The breakfast choices are limited but palatable. Having said that, all the staff were very welcoming, the hotel is clean and comfortable and ideally located for a short stay.
