Benchmark Buford hotels

"When we arrived late at night, their system was down. I had to wait in the lobby with my child in the middle of the night for about 20-30 minutes, after travelling. They eventually put us in a room, but I had to come back to the front desk the next day to get keys and give them my credit card. Also, their pool was closed, and my kid was looking forward to playing in it. The staff was very friendly though!"

"The good: i like the size of the fridge. The pool and outside sitting area was nice. The bad: dated decor, I felt that bedding should be all white to show cleanliness and it was somewhat scratchy. Typical motel bathroom set up with the open vanity area and then a separate tub and toilet The ugly: Was there for two nights stay. Found a roach roaming the bathroom and babies the next day. Ok: informed the management about the " intruder" and seemed very concern and will be his exterminator. Offered to put me in another room. "

"Handy location next to the Mall with plenty of restaurant choices and shopping. Only issue was the AC was a little noisy when it first came on."

"Booked my room over a month ago, arrived, checked in and went to room to find one bed, called desk,she said they overbooked,upon my insistence we got another room. Linen was so full of bleach smell,had to use towels to cover the pillow and blanket. Really bad experience, also fire alarm In first room kept beeping!! PLEASE email me a copy of receipt."
