"Great staff, clean room"

"Room was small outdated. Nothing worked. Door wouldn’t lock, there was poop in the toilet when we arrived, the neighbour were extremely loud all hours of the night screaming partying and the walls were thin. Our family couldn’t sleep. The hotel front desk didn’t do anything to solve the issue and we weren’t offered a compensation. Horrible stay"

"Rooftop hot tub was gorgeous and open late. Sauna next to it added bonus. Excellent restaurant and parking on site. Staff courteous and professional. Highly recommend. "

"The staff we dealt with were very polite. The property was great for walking through downtown Banff. Parking was easily accessible. Rooms were clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to have a balcony looking out over the mountains. Did not use hot tub, but looked in and if we had stayed longer would have happily used it. Had breakfast at the on site restaurant and it was great (an actual restaurant $) very good value and would happily stay again"

"The only negative to this hotel is the very small gym area. Otherwise it is my go to in downtown Banff. "
