「Recently refreshed, the lobby and rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Body wash and shampoo-condtioner combo (not separate s & c) available in the shower. Breakfast was good - eggs, waffles, pastries, cereal, fruit, and yogurt. The stay was very nice and what you'd expect at a 2 star hotel. We would stay again.」

「Beds, towels and rooms were clean. Some rooms for our team had leaking faucets, our bathroom light switch was not right had to mess with it to get to shut off, hair dryer did not work, staff was nice, pool was great, water pressure is great, was a quite hotel and great for the price of the night.」

「Great building and location. Looks better in pictures that reality. It is tired and in need of a good cleaning and some better furnishing as some of them are cheap copies of classics and worn out. Breakfast horseshoe was pitiful. Untoasted slice of bread, some undercooked hash browns covered by powered eggs and cheap commercial gravy with slimy undercooked bacon. The fruit course was orange or cranberry juice. If your going to do breakfast that bad, just offer coffee and decent pastries. ...

「The stay would have been better if the air conditioning unit wasn’t so loud. It made sleeping very difficult.」

「The AC worked well and there was a dehumidifier in the room which was nice. The rooms weren’t well maintained and definitely needed updating, especially in the bathrooms. The bed linens were clean, the service was good, it just needs updating. Not sure I’d stay there again until changes were made.」

「Had to use a flashlight to find our room because the hall lights weren’t working. No pillow cases. No anti-slip mat or stickers in bath tub. Burned out lights. Cable not working. Internet didn’t work. Water temperature in shower kept changing. Had to chase down toilet paper and Kleenex. Horrible place!」

The only issue we had was the seat in the shower was not securely attached to the wall in the accessible shower. My son was able to stop himself from falling and getting hurt. When I told the girl at the front desk all she would say was ok. There was never an apology or asked if he was hurt, she didn’t seem to care.
