cuartos mágicos, las cosas personales desaparecen

pedimos que no hicieran servicio al cuarto, al regresar la tarjeta para abrir la puerta estaba bloqueada, voy a recepcion y le pregunto a la chica que estaba ahi. me dijo que la empleada entro para hacer servicio de cuarto, el mismo que pedimos no hicieran. y al entrar al cuarto faltaban mis anteojos. los habia dejado en la mesa de luz porque como el dia estaba soleado sali con los anteojos de sol. al hablar con el encargado, le dije que queria que aparecieran, me dijo que mago no era. empezo a levantar la voz y termino gritandome. nos fuimos y aca estoy pagando anteojos nuevos. Gracias Athos

El personal amable al solicitar cambio de habitación. Las instalaciones nuevas y el desayuno Argentino básico pero muy fresco, para destacar. Único detalle la pileta con el agua fría y el sauna cerrado.

Construccion moderna, buen estado edilicio.

Hola, la habitacion no era la esperada, pero lo mas molesto, fue el 10% mas que tube que abonar de lo convenido con HOTELs telefonicamente. En el muro figuraba 407 y abone 565, en el medio se ajusto el precio, se le suma el impuesto y otra diferencia mas al cobro. Puede ser que sea normal, pero no me parecio correcto de parte del servicio de HOTELS. Por lo demas costo/calidad no puedo quejarme,buena oferta, pero si les gusta el aire aclaren en la reserva que tenga ventana al exterior

Hotel accesible

el desayuno es continental autoservice (Whatss?), contratamos por inodoro elevado y nos dieron otra habitacion sin eso la primer noche (despues nos cambiaron), habitaciones junto a lugares comunes muy ruidosos (pileta, comedor, solarium), no es un hotel libre de humo. no respeto lo contratado, por el mismo precio se pueden conseguir mejores hoteles mejor ubicados. Solo fuimos por lo accesible del baño por mi cirugia. pero alguien con silla de ruedas no puede circular dentro de la habitacion por el escaso espacio entere su mobiliario. el baño para discapacitados muy bien (solo eso) . Una decepcion que no merece ser recomendado.

Ao chegarmos ficamos eaperando um dos donos discutir com a funcionária da recepção. sequer olharam para nós. Nos colocaram num quarto minusculo cheirando a cigarro e sem acesso por elevador. Café da manhã pobre (pão. Café. leite. torrada. suco tipo tang. manteiga. doce de leite e geleia. todos os dias as mesmas opçoes. Piscina suja sem condição de utilização. Nada parecido com o que foi oferecido pelo site. Fotos não condizem com a realidade. O único ponto positivo era a educação dos funcionários. No mais uma decepção. Não volto e nem indico.

Otimo hotel custo beneficio

Hotel com localizaçao boa, muito proximo estaçao de metro. Limpeza do quarto impecavel, funcionarios atenciosos, o que ficou a desdejar um pouco foi a fala xe opçoes no cafe da manha (apenas medialunas, doce de leite, marmelada, torradas, suco, leite e cafe) o quarto tbm pois nao era cama de casal e sim duas de solteiros juntas. No mais a estadia foi bastante agradavel. Otimo hotel pelo custo beneficio.

de kamers op de begane grond hebben een raam ssn de gang. we waren 2 vrienden en we hadden een kleine kamer met 2 beden, beide net breed genoeg voor een niet te dikke iemand. het ontbijt is koffie met croissants en een beetje yogurt met muesli. in de douche kan men zich niet draaien. de zwembad is met 3 mensen al vol. DIT ALLES ZOU NIEMAND MOETEN WEERHOUDEN EEN KAMER HIER TE NEMEN. HET PERSONEEL IS FANTASTISCH, BEHULPZAM EN KUNDIG. HET IS SCHOON, VEILIG EN ER ZIJN METRO STOPS VAN 2 LIJNEN BINNEN 200 METERS. Si hay otro hotel con mejor oferta no volveria

Las chicas que atienden principalmente en el servicio muy buenas, lo malo es q la piuleta no tiene luz (la escusa del dueño q siempre salpìcan agua y se mojan) creo q tendrian q cambiar el sistema ya q a las 18 hs en invierno esta de noche x lo q si queres ir tenes q estar a media luz conb la q entra del pasillo. Los pasillos en general muy frios, para salir a desayunar o estar en el pasillo en pleno julio te tenes q abrigar. Dejan fumar en el desayunador creo q ningun espacio asi tendrian q permitirlo. Las chicas super amables ,uy predispuestas todas. Creo q la clave para conservar los clientes lo tienen ahi x q la pileta esta pero es como si no estubiese al no poder ir aunque dicen q esta abierta hasta las 21 (estas a oscuras). Podrian mejorar el toallero y porta papel del baño x q se desarman.

Hotel para quem vai passar mais tempo passeando

Foi agradável. O Hotel é simples, mas atende a todas as necessidades. O café da manhã é simples, mas tem diversas panificadoras na região caso ache pouco. Perto do metrô que dá acesso a diversos pontos turísticos. Tem calefação boa, ar condicionado, Tv com diversos canais e cama queen muito confortável. Se não é fumante tem que pedir quarto para não-fumantes pois o cheiro é relativamente forte. Não tem box no banheiro, o que as vezes causava desconforto. Mas em geral é um hotel para quem vai passar mais tempo passeando e quer conforto nas poucas horas que ficará nele. Atendimento ótimo, pessoal bem cordial, explicam como faz para chegar nos lugares. Seguro, tendo em vista que a porta só abre com o comando da recepcionista e não fica em um local muito isolado.
