Saved by service...

On arrival our assigned room that did not at all reflect the online posting for this accommodation and despite having paid for our stay in full, considered moving to another place. We did however speak to the staff and they gave us another room. In the room where we stayed we were reasonably comfortable. The apartment provided an option for airport transfers, which was nice, especially on arrival, but it was not clear that payment had to be made in cash in Euros to the driver. It was also possible to leave the keys in the apartment on checkout, which worked for us as the staff had not yet arrived when we needed to leave. This accommodation does not provide anything particularly special, but was sufficient for the area we chose. We did manage to find a few gems in good proximity. If we were to do this trip again, we would have chosen a more downtown/central area in Pest - to each their own.

Nice apartment, one stop away from central station

Apartment was tough to locate for first timer. But once checked in and familiar with the surroundings, this is no longer a problem. The place was clean and spacious. Although there are pubs along the streets, I was barely disturbed by the noises with windows closed. I will choose this apartment if I re-visit Budapest again.

Very central apartment in the heart of Budapest

Akacfa Holiday Apartments it's a nice apartment in the centre of Jewish area, that is the heart of Budapest, especially for night life. Apartment was spacious for 2 people, with a kitchen, fridge, sofa, table and a nice balcony. We enjoyed breakfast outside. Supplies for kitchen were just enough, maybe having some harness more would have helper in preparation. As far is apartment you won't find any toiletries but they provide towels. We stayed four nights and everything was fine. Check-in procedure was bit longer but not problematic. Free Wifi in room.

If no one answers doorbell sneak in & wait at door

Nice location Occasionally noisy even though it faced the nice courtyard and we were on the 6th floor. Grocery near by. Good WiFi. Double bed had a board between the 2 halfs so not super comfortable. Nice kitchen. Only other issue was that when we rang the bell to get in initially the were out of the office on 1 st floor but no one answered. Did not know they were out till we snuck in with others and found note on door. They came back shortly.

Very well located!

Central location, good metro and tram connections to all over the city within just couple of minutes walk. All the ruin bars literally just around the corner as well as the bar neighborhood. Room was really spacious, kitchen was pretty poorly equipped, but otherwise everything was really ok with this room rate.

Huone riittävän tilava, parvekkeesta plussaa. Netti pätki välillä ärsyttävänkin paljon, mutta oli kuitenkin toimiva. Äänieristys olematon, joten suosittelen korvatulppia. Sijainti loistava. Muutaman minuutin matka metropysäkille. Läheltä löytyy hyviä ravintoloita ja yöelämää niitä kaipaavalle. Hinta-laatu-suhde kohdillaan ja voisin helposti majoittua kyseisessä paikassa uudestaankin.

I would return and recommend to a friend

Great location as it is walking distance to all, lots of restaurants on that particular streets and all in all a great value for money. The one thing I ddn't realize was that they offer no shampoo and toiletaries which you will need to go out and purchase.

Everything was ok, especially for the price. Expect some noise during the night. Big advantage is that it is located right next to the night life center of the city, pubs, food places, recommended for young couples.

A very pleasant experience

we went for 3 weeks for combination of vacation and to get dental work done We were very pleased with the location and the comfort the room provided us to accomplish our trip Would book the same location again if we were to return. The staff was very helpful and the room was kept up excellently with everything you needed. Walking distance from all the major attractions and loads of good eating places

Nice hotel but in a very noisy street after 10pm

Staff not very helpful. Road outside very very noisy after about 10pm until about 3am. Flat oven broken towel never changed and reception worked a sliding 9 am to 5 pm.

Hotel comodissimo, ottima posizione

L'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile dalla metro a piedi e si trova in un'ottima posizione in quanto si può raggiungere velocemente il centro sia a piedi che con i mezzi. Zona con molti locali, tutto é a portata di mano. Unica nota dolente nel nostro appartamento non c'era l' asciugacapelli, che anche su richiesta non ci è arrivato..comunque.... Consigliatissimo

Albergo in ottima posizione centrale di Budapest

Hotel molto confortevole situato a 100 mt dalla fermata metro Blaja Luiza Ter Camera veramente confortevole e sempre calda,pulita,con un bell' angolo cottura e terrazzo. Abbiamo prenotato il servizio dall aeroporto all hotel in quanto arrivavamo tardi e non conoscevamo la città. unica piccola considerazione se volete portatevi una coperta intera per il letto matrimoniale perchè li mettono coperte singole. Ma il nostro voto è piu che buono. Alla partenza abbiamo avuto la possibilità di lasciare le valigie alla reception fino alle 17 del pomeriggio.una ragazza molto disponibile è presente al secondo piano in fondo dalle 9 alle 17 Lo consiglio vivamente!

El apartamento estaba bien amueblado, con todos los utensilios y objetos necesarios para una buena estancia. La chica de recepción fue muy amable. Quizás la única pega fue la cortina de la habitación que dejaba entrar luz por las mañanas. Ubicación también buena, en el barrio judío.

Hadde leiliget i første etasje, mye støy fra gaten, og kunne ikke ha vinduene oppe da det var en kebab-bod under så lukten kom rett inn. Sov med ørepropper alle nettene. Bortsett fra det var det hyggelig personale, fin og ren leilighet og god service.
