Meget fin lejlighed, pæn og ren og velholdt. Udlejer bør gøre opmærksom på manglende viskestykker mv. Man bliver lidt bleg når man kommer ind i opgangen der er virkelig slidt, beskidt mv., men bliver positivt overrasket når man finder lejligheden. Se videoen de sender - ellers kan det være svært at finde.

Excellent appartement

Excellent séjour, appartement confortable notamment et très bien situé. Un peu difficile de trouver l'appartement une fois dans l'immeuble. Communication avec lhbergeur très efficace et réactive. Je recommande !

reactivité de l'accueil irréprochable

nous sommes alles faire l'enregistrement a l'accueil qui est localise a distance de l'appartement. (option en ligne disponible) a l'arrivee dans l'appartement l'equipement était incomplet ( vaisselle) mais apres une demande faite a 21h nous avons recu le necessaire des le lendemain matin a 9h.

A kommunikáció megfelelő volt, könnyen megtaláltuk a lakást. Tágas, szép, jól felszerelt, új bútorokkal. A tisztasággal nem voltunk megelégedve, nem volt felporszívózva, felmosva, letörölgetve. Ha ez megoldódik, akkor 5* lesz. Így is ajánljuk mindenkinek, aki pihenésre vágyik. A város egyik legszebb részén tálalható.

Appartamento sporco e cameriera insolente

La mia esperienza ha avuto dei momenti negativi per quanto riguarda il servizio pulizia. Mi era stato detto che il check in poteva avvenire soltanto dopo le 12 in quanto alle ore 11 i precedenti affittuari avrebbero lasciato l'appartamento ,già questo punto è molto delicate perché negli altri soggiorni che ho effettuato pochi giorni prima la casa/stanza veniva lasciata libera per 24 ore per poter avviare la sanificazione richiesta in questi tempi. Ho contattato la struttura in quanto le lenzuola presentavano delle macchie e vi erano addirittura peli, in bagno ero sporco e vi era polvere ovunque (persino sulla testata del letto e comodini (segno che la cameriera non ha effettuato alcuna pulizia). Ho chiamato per richiedere un cambio di lenzuola e una pulizia dettagliata (in quanto la sanificazione è inclusa nel prezzo visto il periodo) mi dicono che non c'è problema e che la cameriera avrebbe fatto il tutto. La cameriera si è presentata in casa con espressione scocciata trascorrendo a discutere 1 ora a telefono con la responsabile dicendo che la casa è pulita , che le lenzuola avevano macchie dovute dalla lavatrice, che non si tratta di un appartamento di lusso e ripetendo più volte " sono italiani"! Ho trascorso un ora ad aspettare che lei discutesse con la responsabile perchè l'appartamento era pulito , alla fine ci ha dato altre lenzuola (prese da un'altra camera e non dall'armadietto della biancheria pulita) e ha lasciato la casa nello stato iniziale.
