"We stayed and there are BUGS IN THE BEDS AND BATHROOM SINKS. When notified of the bugs they did not issue any sort of rectification other than a "sorry, we will notify our staff" unfortunately this was our first stay at a Sonesta and we will not return for future stays."

"Our stay was okay. The property was not well cared for. It seemed like the locals booked rooms on the weekend to use the pool and it was occupied well after closing time. The reviews were good so we booked here. Definitely needs a refreshing of the physical hotel areas.
