「The hotel staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was well kept and clean. The room was very pleasant and spacious with it's own balcony. The tea and coffee selection in the room was very good. The restaurant was very well laid out with plenty of room, the service was very good and the breakfast menu had plenty of options with everything being well prepared and tasty.」

「We had stayed here before and were disappointed earlier this year, when we were informed that the hotel was permanently closed. We were therefore delighted when we received an email from Richardson Hotels, offering accommodation there again. We booked a week in early July and weren't disappointed. Yes, the fabric of the hotel needs some attention but our room was clean and comfortable and benefitted from a bay window with a sea view.
