The unit we were in was on the top floor sheet. People should be told about those very steep stairs to get up. There was lovely room nice location, but the mattress definitely needs to be replaced. It was way too soft. The service was impeccable. The property is beautiful. It’s a lovely property. They just need a little bit of notice regarding the stairs and they need a new mattress up there. There is a hide a bed sofa also in that room and if they would just add a little stuffing to the cushions so when you sat down, you didn’t sink in the middle that would be great, but I do recommend this property. it’s really beautiful and we enjoyed the people who work they were and own it they were spectacular.

The onsite staff were so pleasant and personable. Took the time to have conversations with us and how they could help us in any way during our stay. Breakfast was great!! Rooms were clean. The Inn is very close to Main Street and to the Train Depot in the heart of Bryson City. The lodging was very comfortable, homey, and the room was very large and spacious. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and the coffee was hot :)! We very much enjoyed our stay and would come stay again! Definitely beats staying at a hotel!
