The location is excellent, 5 min walk to Flagey where shops, restaurants, bars, weekend food market & buses/trams. Near rue due trone get buses to Brussels central takes about 20 mins. 20 mins to Vub uni. Terrace is huge and beautiful views. Accommodation is equipped with everything you would need. Very clean. Location apt with dishwasher oven hob washing machine. Plenty of cutlery plates etc. Negative - couldnt find any English channels on to. Radiators dont get very hot, think just need bleeding down. Sofa bed is so uncomfortable & broken. Toilet seat had crack . Rug on floor stained. Clean bedding covers but duvet for sofa had stains.

Beautiful location

Great location and wonderful apartment layout. It had a nice terrace with great view. Only reproach is the cleaning person really lets the apartment owner down. It was really dirty. From the toilet having stains, to the walls all having smudges of who-knows what. If a better cleaning crew were hired it would be perfect spot.

My wife and I booked this apartment, rather than a hotel for a week's stay for our daughters' wedding and we could not have been happier. Having a living room, bedroom and full kitchen made downtime so much more pleasant, and the place had sufficient kitchen utensils and cookware to manage simple meals for the week. The beautiful patio off of the living room would have been amazing if the weather was warmer, but this is no fault of the property. Plenty of blankets/sheets for the bedding and pull out in the living room too. Be advised, however, the unit is on the fourth floor, with no elevator but my wife and (mid '50s) managed without issue and it may have even benefited us, given all of the drinking and eating we did for the week...:) A couple of critiques that may benefit the property owner would be outlets/adapters for USBs as no matter where you hail from they are needed, and keep the propane grill filled. Even in chilly weather, having a grill is a wonderful option, and you already have one there.

fabulous location for couples

Absolutely ideally located apartment with a nice terrace! Great for couples. Not that ideal for kids (under 3) as the two stair cases and bed room are stylish but rather dangerous. If the lights on the terrace will be installed it will be even nicer out there. (only real downside was the rather disgusting dish washer.)
