Llegamos al hotel una hora antes del check in y la habitación ya estaba lista, Andrea fue muy amable de ayudarnos y darnos direcciones y recomendaciones para disfrutar de la ciudad. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. De kamer was keurig schoon en de bedden waren van goede kwaliteit, waardoor we heerlijk hebben geslapen. De gratis parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel is ook een enorme luxe! Het receptie personeel verdient een compliment; ze waren erg behulpzaam. ​Een klein aandachtspuntje voor het hotel: onze kamer rook helaas een beetje muf/naar schimmel. Daarnaast was de kamer vrij krap en hadden slippers en een badjas het comfort net even verhoogd. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd, maar vrij standaard

Lovely room which was spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great, only a few hundred meters from the main square. Breakfast was excellent, my husband is coeliac and needs to follow a strict gluten free diet. He was given a form to fill in by 11pm each night to order bread, rolls, cereals, cake, cookies and pastries for the following day. These were brought to our table each morning in a lovely basket. He could also have all of the food from the hot and cold buffet except the pancakes. Normal breads and pastries were on a separate table minimising the risk of cross contamination so an excellent setup. Our only criticism was that we had a double room which was 2 singles joined together (not an issue) with a double sheet but two single duvets which was really odd and the mattresses were so hard we both had back ache by the morning. Plus the pillows were square so we’re not very wide, but I think that’s just a continental thing. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again

We arrived about 13.30 but out room was ready and we were allowed to check in. We were shown to our room which was situated in the annex at the back of the hotel next to the garage!. We quickly dropped our bags and went into town not really looking at the room . We returned and noticed how stained the carpet was in the corners and at the side of the bed. We asked for a room change as we thought this was unacceptable for a boutique hotel and we were accommodated in another room in the main hotel which was of an acceptable standard. The first room we were offered should not be offered to guests until the carpet has been replaced . An explanation at the time the room was given to us should have been given or a significant discount this was not offered we had already settled the bill in full throuh Hotels .com
