The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. 「Ines, the breakfast lady, was just wonderful. We looked forward to seeing her each day. She has a joyful spirit that is contagious. For my birthday, she made me a latte and placed a birthday candle in a muffin. Very sweet and much appreciated when far from home. We stayed here in July, now in October and will be back soon.
