「2 things of concern. During my 4 night stay my plan was to relax and watch the NHL and NBA finals on TV. Somehow these network channels were not available either in my room or in the bar downstairs. The other concern was when I checked in I was told there would be coffee available 24/7 as my departure was very early in the AM. Maybe I should have asked if HOT coffee was available because when I departed, the available coffee was cold.」

「The hotel is nice centrally located which was really nice however the staff was not only one time we were greeted at the door and that was the morning that we were checking out after we were there for an entire week. My only complaint would be that our shower dripped the entire time.」

And we were told by this robot that all the rooms with queen beds were dirty and we would have to wait another 30 minutes to go to our room. Imagine being out all day with small children and all you want to do is get to your room and relax and then some employee who should be working for the DMV tells you yeah you're going to have to wait offers no explanation offers no...

「At the time of my booking, this was rated 8.0. In my opinion, it is not deserving of this rating. It is more like a 6.0 to 7.0. There was no soap or shampoo available. The handle to adjust the shower water fell off on first use, The inside of the microwave had not been cleaned and there was food splattered all over. There are no kitchen utensils or cooking items of any kind. The walls/ceiling are paper thin with children running in the upstairs room for hours. The facility is cheaply...

「The rooms was clean and comfortable. The shower is larger and it had a small kitchenette. You can stream Netflix on the TV, which is far better then cable. The bed was very nice and Marriott properties have the best pillows in my opinion. We even got a small snack with a bottle of water for being Bonvoy members.」
