It was so filthy and smelly that I had to purchase an expensive air purifier just to make the situation tolerable."

"Terrible experience with Xperia and property. We booked and paid for our stay in advance. Live 3 hours away, upon arriving around 10 pm we were told that Xpedia overbooked there hotel and they had no rooms available. We had to scramble in an unclean and what looked like unsafe property at almost midnight. Absolute terrible and unsafe experience for our family."

"Room was clean. No microwave. Asked for bathtub, got a shower. Description said tub/shower combination. Paid in advance through hotels.com app when i made the reservation. Got home and looked at the receipt they emailed me and they charged the room to my card. So i paid twice. Waiting to hear back from them. Interestingly enough, the charged me about $20 less than i paid through the app!"
