「My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back.」

Put senior citizens in a room farthest away from elevator, pool, and exercise room. The channel list for TV posted in room only included approximately one third of those available. 「The housekeeping here leaves a lot to be desired it’s the worst I’ve ever seen. The covered entrance area was littered with cigarette butts, there was an odor in the room, the linens and towels need to be replaced, paint peeling on ceiling in bathroom, tub needs to be replaced, the toilet leaks, when you close the door in the bathroom there is a big dirty spot, the edges of baseboards need to be vacuumed. I don’t mind outdated but it can be clean, wouldn’t ever stay there again. We stayed in...

「Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there.」

「Very clean room and bathroom. Plenty of other families there for kids sports events, as we were. We noticed one of the comforters had a small stain after we checked in. We let the front desk know before leaving for dinner. When we returned, the comforter was changed. Overall, great stay.」
