「My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back.」

「Heat lamp in bathroom didn't work. Only one chair in room for two people (their pictures show two chairs in rooms). No clock or phone in room. Exercise room was inaccessible. Put senior citizens in a room farthest away from elevator, pool, and exercise room. The channel list for TV posted in room only included approximately one third of those available. Trash vehicle pickup at 4:15AM right outside our window. Dressers and nightstands were filthy (items left from previous occupants as well...

「The housekeeping here leaves a lot to be desired it’s the worst I’ve ever seen. The covered entrance area was littered with cigarette butts, there was an odor in the room, the linens and towels need to be replaced, paint peeling on ceiling in bathroom, tub needs to be replaced, the toilet leaks, when you close the door in the bathroom there is a big dirty spot, the edges of baseboards need to be vacuumed. I don’t mind outdated but it can be clean, wouldn’t ever stay there again. We stayed in...

「We showed up for our check in only to find that they had given our room to someone else and were sold out for the night. No refund issued. 」

「Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there.」
