"could not get hold of anyone at the front desk. The pack & play delivered to our room was filthy and had vomit and many stains. We arrived late and couldn't get a hold of anyone to replace it. Gave us each an 8oz bottle of water then couldn't have anymore accommodated. "

"Loved the pool and hot tub! We got a suite for 8 people for spring break and it was perfect! Breakfast in the morning is included, and they offer free on site parking. It is a short drive from the beach and plenty of good restaurants near by as well. Overall we had an amazing vacation!"

"Arrived after a 14 hour drive to a room with a cockroach. Went back to the front desk, requested a new room. New room was dirty, bathtub filthy and smelled of Marijuana. Glad I booked through Expedia so I could leave and get a refund. Lots of homeless people in and around the hotel. I don’t need anything fancy but I definitely wouldn't stay here. Sleeping in the car sounded like a better option."

"NOT a SAFE place. Police was on the property. Drug activity. Someone tried to get inside my car while I was inside the car with my kids. There was squatter. Someone broke window and there was broken class everywhere. All of these things were all associated with different people. Gang activity and drug users. Did not feel safe sleeping there "
