「The staff were helpful, room was clean & comfortable & breakfast was nice. It would be helpful to have a few more drinking glasses or plastic cups for the bathroom. 」

「It was really an excellent stay... we had originally chosen this property because we heard about the great location, wonderful breakfast in the pool,/hot tub area. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay- but honestly, the great shower in the room almost made up for it. We will definitely return anytime. We are staying overnight in the Grand Rapids area.. staff was wonderful in the restaurants and in the hotel. 」

「Room is very stylish and includes the amenities you need. There was a safe, a drink cocktail mixing set, starbucks coffee pods and a sleep sound machine! Area is close to many restaurants and the concert venue we came for. Owner was quick to reply to all messages and helpful with special requests of a feather free room. Bed was extremely comfortable. I would recommend this location. 」

「The photos really didn't do this hotel justice - it's very attractive and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, the room was well-decorated and spacious, and the communal spaces were very nice. We were able to park right out front on the street and walk to many dinner and entertainment options. Be aware that not all rooms have windows, so if that's important to you, be sure to verify before reserving your room. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be back!」

「Front desk staff was very attentive and nice. The room was clean and it was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Only downside was the pool / hot tub were not open. microwave 」

「Rooms were very clean and staff was super friendly. My furnace was making a loud squeaking and they promptly got me into a new room. Even when we had to check out early (late in the night) because we had gotten into a car accident on the way home and needed to go home, they were very kind with me. 」
