"Lovely stay, clean and comfortable bedrooms. We really enjoyed our breakfast. We used the swimming pool and steam room twice, and the changing rooms and showers were very good. It was also a good price and we will be returning again soon."

"All hotel features were very good. Nice, clean room, with comfy bed. Friendly, attentive staff. Good bar & library area which are dog friendly, tho bar snacks & prices a tad expensive. Very good breakfast choices. Location great for town, the Prospect & pubs along the Wye. Symonds Yat visit a must!"

"Nice hotel, good location. Didn't eat or drink there so cannot comment on that. Room was tidy and clean, beds comfy. Electric chargers (2 ports) are on the same spots as the disabled bays, and are at a flat rate of £30 (not sure if that's per day or per stay, I didn't use them). Both look like 7 or 11kw but I didn't really investigate."

"What a fantastic hidden little gem! I’d say top 5 hotels I’ve ever stayed at and one of those was the Marina Bay Sands! The interior design is absolutely gorgeous. The quality of everything is high, and you know the business does not hold back in pampering their customers in luxury! The bed was extremely comfortable, not sunken in and linen was soft. The shower was phenomenal, with really high quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. We also had breakfast included which again, high quality ingredients and hot breakfast made to perfection. Large selection for continental breakfast too, nice granola, fresh fruit including strawberries, lovely cheeses and cured meats. The outside garden and fire pit is lovely too. Highly recommend and would love to stay again! 朗❤️"

"The room was smart, and laundry was clean, charging points, lights easy and plentiful. There was a stain on the carpet which was obvious and off putting, and at 4:15am I could not get hot water in the bathroom tap! Coffee and milk were good and bed was pretty comfy-it was a hot room but I could open the window and not noisy so that was simple! We had a light meal the night before which was disappointing in terms of portion sizes and undercooked garlic bread, but puddings were yummy! So overall, I would stay in the room happily but would not head back to the pub for a dinner without persuasion!"

"The room was super clean, it appeared to have been recently decorated, the carpets appeared new, the ensuite seemed new, and all was nice. One thing I would say, as the room was facing the garden, there were a couple of spotlights on the front of the abbey/centre, and the window blind didn't fully cover the window, so the light came through that was the only negative thing i could think of"
