"Okay hotel, very thin walls. The tv remote didn’t work and when they did get it working the volume couldn’t be used. Perk is they have a basic breakfast that is included."

"I like the indoor whirlpool tub. It was the most luxurious and satisfying experience at the hotel. Alex at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. I felt like being at home with a friend from somewhere. The balcony allowed me to get a city view in the mornings. Dislike: Carpeting is showing signs of aging in room, public area and in the gym Wall paper in room in peeling off and getting old, yellowish look. The gym room did not even have bulk bottled water dispenser available. I guess the executives would have to get used to drinking tap water directly from tap. Machines need to be wiped down from time to time. How about cleaning the windows for a clearer view from the room?"

"Loved the breakfast buffet! Lots to choose from and the wait staff was amazing! Sheri was very helpful and super friendly! Hotel staff were always able to help or answer questions! Would 100% stay here again!"

"It was very clean and lots of space for my son and I. Located near the Burnaby Golf Course that we loved. It is self contained, but was not sound proof, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Not scent free, we unplugged multiple wick plug-ins during our stay. Overall a good place to stay. "
