Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sogar einen im Zimmer verloren gegangenen Gegenstand bekamen wir wieder. Mit dem 2er Bus ist man in ca. 30 Min. downtown. Alles bestens, gerne wieder!

The room was clean and comfortable, but I had some doubts about the bathroom— there were some stains on the bathtub. The area where the hotel is located is also sketchy. Our view from our room was a dirty alley and a tire shop. The staff was great, though. She was helpful and friendly.

I was a little apprehensive when I first saw the hotel as my car ride pulled over at the entrance. I had arrived a few hours early; my check-in time at 4. Thankfully, the receptionist came out soon after and assisted me immediately. Handra was very helpful and friendly. Not only did she make the check-in process quick and stress-free, she even provided several recommendations on places to eat around the area, particularly when it’s my first time in the city. I wish all hotel receptionists are like her!

While the exterior of the building is still going through refurbishing and looks a bit dated, the inside has been nicely updated. The room was secure, spacious, and clean. The location was nicely located between bus stops for easy access. Asian food of all nations is within 2 to 15 min walking distance. A Safeway supermarket and liquor store are 10 min walk. Metrotown mall with a Walmart and Oakridge Park mall (Tiffany, LV, Dior, etc), are both within 15 to 20 min Bus ride. The cruise port and airport are both about a 30 to 45 min Lyft or Uber ride for around $30US. The staff at the hotel is absolutely outstanding.

The price was right and the location was good, but the check-in process was the oddest and longest I’ve ever experienced. They also took the ID of my friend who was staying in the room, which has never happened at any hotel I’ve stayed at (and I’ve stayed at a lot). My room looked out onto several other empty rooms, including one with an unmade bed that genuinely looked like it had a body in it. Thankfully, it did not. Picture attached. Weird hotel, but decent enough? I don’t know, man. Make of that what you will.
