"The property was well kept and very clean. We recently stayed for 2 nights and one of the things that attracted me was the hot tub. The hot tub was closed when we got there and I inquired if it would be open the following day, the front desk advised that it has been closed for a year.
I also inquired about directions to get to a particular mall. She gave me vague directions and said I may have to walk alot once off the train. I was not provided any written directions on trains to use or which way to walk once off the train."
"The property is close to everything downtown. The parking garage has enough spots open to avoid looking around for one. The room was clean and updated with all new amenities. The only downside is that you can hear all the cars, noise from people from the windows, my guess is the windows are too thin because with it closed you can hear people shouting from outside while in bed."
