"Fantastic stay, friendly and helpful staff, lovely hotel atmosphere and decor, spacious room and great breakfast, plus only a short walk from the station."

"The room was clean apart from the shower tray. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The location was very convenient for Temple Meads railway station and family living nearby. It was very quiet. The walk into the city centre was not too hard and the nearby Sainsbury's Local was easy to find. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The food in the bar area was delicious, piping hot and good value. I would book to stay again in future."

"The hotel is lovely and comfortable and within easy walking distance of Temple Meads train station. There was a fridge in my room which is useful. I was disappointed that there was no complimentary water in the room. Breakfast was excellent but no muesli. Little things but you expect these at a Hilton and one of the reasons to stay here but maybe not anymore!"

"Stayed 1 night while visiting family in the area. Very clean bedroom & bathroom, comfortable bed & appreciated the quality hairdryer & straighteners Not a fan of the boiling water on tap in the corridor. Would much prefer a kettle in the room & the privacy to make a hot drink at any time of day or night. Didn't appreciate having to get dressed at 3am to go out into the corridor for boiling water to make a drink 😕"

"Check in was not very good. Hotel is not very visible and I could not find any big boards outside either. After 30min of wandering around the hotel and asking quote a few people, I managed to find the hotel. But after that, stay was perfect. Reception staff was helpful, it's a clean hotel with big size rooms and modern looking toilets "
