Excellent Hotel comfortable bed and pillows laundry available you just need your own detergent. The plunge pool on the top was great there is strong jets for massage. Great location to The Gabba and walking to Kangaroo Point. There is Coles Express 10 minute walk, Pineapple Hotel for lunch $15 meals, close to McDonald's and KFC. 10 minute walk from Woolloongabba station. The room has microwave fridge and facilities for eating. You need to contact reception for detergent for washing up. The top floor has great views.

Rooms great. Location is not good as there’s no public transport until the train station is built. If you are okay walking to the river and over the bridges it’s a good area. Dining is limited to mainly fast food but further afield are good dining options

We stayed overnight so we could walk up to the cliffs for riverfire. This reasonably new hotel was great! There is a full fridge, microwave, and kitchenette. The continental breakfast was ample and surprisingly make cappuccinos too. It was simple to bus into the hotel, so we didn’t have to pay for parking. The rooftop pool and area is also very nice. The price was reasonable too and we enjoyed our short stay.

The pool was closed during my stay, but this wasn’t mentioned when booking, which was disappointing and only discovered at check-in. While I understand the environmentally friendly approach to room service, housekeeping often came late in the day (around 4pm), which wasn’t ideal. The location felt safe, quiet, and convenient, but overall the experience didn’t match the price point. At $1,400 for 5 nights, I don’t feel it was good value for money and wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Great location near to the Gabba and good restaurants. We found that the room we were allocated on arrival was rather noisy, mainly from the air conditioning we thought, but still so even with the room specific air con turned off. They kindly moved us to another room with no fuss after a representative came and listened with us. The second room was definitely quieter. However, the air conditioning noise persisted (albeit at a lower level),again even with the room specific air con off.

Great property for access to the Gabba. Dining options in the area are great. Very comfy beds and pillows. Car parking challenging so book in advance for that if you need it.

The room was really good and exceeded expectations. However there was loud whistling noise that disappeared when the door was pushed closed. It was incredibly loud and disruptive.

No locks on the inside of the door. Brown stain on the floor. Curtains falling off the rail. Tried to have a shower, the drain was blocked and as it was a wet room the water came out and flooded the floor soaking the towels and clothes, the floor out of the bathroom is sloped under the door so the water could’ve flooded out into the room. As all the towels were wet I slipped getting out of the bathroom into the bedroom. Went to reception and let the lady know she briefly said she would let the maintenance guy know, didn’t hear anything else from them and as I wanted to shower I had to clear the drain out myself which was backed up with a lot of hair.
