"The staff were very helpful. Within a few minutes of our arrival, housekeeping came to the room to push the 2 twin beds together and get the linens sorted. The breakfast room staff were very accomodating of our little dog. My only complaint, echoed by many others, is that this is a very old hotel and it shows. The room was basic and the hotel was actually quiet but the building could use some refreshing. We left one day early."

"This was our second visit to the Lone Hotel, and once again we were not disappointed. The Hotel is immaculate, and its modern, clean-line design is impressive. We booked a Grand Double Room overlooking the the Cape Forest and pool. It was spacious, well presented, and came with a large balcony that made the stay feel even more special. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, and every member of staff we spoke to was polite and courteous. A special mention goes to Milena ( we hope we spelt her name correctly) who worked both breakfast room and restaurant. She was always smiling, friendly and chatty a fantastic example of excellent customer service. The Lone Hotel should be proud to have her on their team. The facilities throughout the hotel were excellent, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone planning a holiday Rovinj. For transfers from the airport we booked through Maistra Hotels and weren't disappointed."
