「We had reservations set up thru Expedia. We got there and there was a sign on the door ALL ROOMS BOOKED! I called the number on the email confirmation receipt and got voicemail. "Please leave a number and I will call you back." I called at 5p to check on reservations. I called 4 times at 7p when we got there. Finally the voicemail box was full. 「This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The property was difficult to find due to a lack of adequate signage, there was a person smoking right outside the front door and yelling at her phone. This created an unprofessional and unwelcoming first impression. A loud, continuously barking dog only added to the negative atmosphere. Although the innkeeper was polite, ongoing problems with the reservation system reflected poorly on the property’s management and organization....
