"The new owners are very friendly. The grounds could be kept a bit nicer. There has been trash just thrown out and left. The carpets are in dire need of changing. The curtains could use a good washing. The last time we stayed, there was mosquitos and other bugs in the room. So a visit from exterminator would be a plus. I liked staying here because there was a nice walking path , but this past summer it was not walkable. Hopefully the new owners will get into a rhythm and get the place in shape. "

Every piece of furniture is scarred and faded, carpets dirty and worn, elevator broken and the other with the control panel in shamble. Tiles cracked long in need of repair. The comforter only has a one sided cover, the shower dripped non stop. This hotel hurts the Hampton Inn and Hilton brand. "
