「No one there to check us in. We called the number and were told it would be 1-1/2 hrs before anyone would be there. After a couple of conversations with the manager, we asked for our reservation to be cancelled and not to be charged. Tony (the manager?) agreed to do so. But we have received no notification from him that the cancellation was completed.」

「This is an excellent property. It was very clean, spacious, modern, and incredibly well appointed. We lacked for nothing. The yard was cute, the property was within walking distance of just about everything, and the little patio with the chairs and tables to sit at and enjoy the weather were an added bonus. I wish every place I travel to had a place like this. It was absolutely delightful.」

「Charming and well-designed English basement apartment in a perfect central location. It’s in walking distance to the shops and restaurants in charming downtown Staunton. It’s worth pointing out that all descriptions on short-term rental apps says more or less what this one does. This one actually is as described. The furniture is even in good shape! (FWIW, we are really turned off to the just-barely passable rentals we’ve had elsewhere. If all of the rentals delivered like this one, we’d...
