「I enjoyed my stay for the most part. Parking was a disaster. I opted for the valet parking because it was easier than figuring out a place to park. It took a day for me to realize the switch panel controlled the tv. Also , I couldn’t call out from the room for room service. There should be a guide for how-to’s in the room. 」

「Liked the customer service from every staff member. Rooms were very nice. Valet and bell hop were terrific. 」

「Breakfast was good (above average). Room wasn’t serviced on a two-day stay. (Knocked once at 9am when in shower and never came back.) Was able to park one night in main car park and had to stay one night in public car park opposite - instructions were a little difficult to follow but got it worked out eventually so not too bad and decent option when main car park filled up. Much quieter than staying at the casino. Convenient for crossing to Detroit. Bars/restaurants nearby were good. 」

「This is the nicest place we’ve stayed in a long time. The location, in Detroit, is fantastic!! Totally walkable to any location. Easy to travel into and then out when leaving. The staff is amazing! They were so friendly and helpful. This is a beautiful place. We will stay here again!!」
