「The location is great The staff is very accomodating to reguest and offer help in a passionate way. I was traveling alone and they helped plan my days by giving me places to visit and food options while there My luggage didn’t arrive for 3 days and they told me where to go for clothing as well as called the airlines for updates. The restaurant had no problems with me desiring to eat in my room instead of the establishment. Will stay there again on return 」

「The Hotel is all updated, great service and nice location and amenities but they don’t recognize our Hilton points because we reserved with Expedía. It’s the first time something like this happened to us. We should go to another hotel but we pick this one because of our Hilton points. The other think I don’t like was the room temperature is set so you can’t lower it more than 19 decrees Celsius and that is not acceptable 」

「Es un sitio con una ubicación excelente, fácil acceso y parking en las instalaciones. El check in es facilisimo y tienes un código para entrar. El desayuno siempre es el mismo cada día, es sencillo pero rico. Las habitaciones están muy bien, son amplias pero el colchón es terrible, eso hace que el descanso sea deficiente. Deberían cambiar los colchones porque están llenos de muelles que no dejan dormir bien. Excepto el tema de descansar mal por los colchones el lugar es que nos gustó.」

「This hotel definitely earns 5 stars. The breakfast was very good with a lot of food choices in a cozy restaurant. Hotel on this island is a better option than a Airbnb due to no good restaurants that serve breakfast. All restaurants on the island start serving food at noon. The lobby is very nice with beautiful vases and other nice decorations. Near the staircase was a nice little library where you can borrow books. What I did not like is the AC. Temperature does not go below 19 C. I like to...
