「Beautiful, spotless historical home. The bed in the Blue room was extremely hard. Might want to add a pillow topper. The landscape needs a lot of work.」

「It exceeded our expectations」

「The room was serviced, but not clean. Other people’s hair was on the floor in the bathroom as well as shoe prints in the tub. The bed had stained under bedding and the smoke alarm was dismantled and in the closet. Room 24」

「I didn't like the property. I was in the annex, the front side entrance door was broken, I had to enter around the back side where it was secluded and dark. 「Very clean.」

「Decent place for a quick stay staff was very friendly and helpful facility felt safe」

「Jacoria was amazing and made it seamless and we just enjoyed her work ethic and how she was on top of everything! That is a top notch rep for Best Western. We enjoy staying there and it will be our home away from home when at Brenham!」

「When I arrived the price that I booked the rooms for was not the price I was charged . The front desk told me that because I booked third party they could not do anything about the price of the room. I had to have the room so I paid the increased amt. The hotel was clean and the staff was great. The problem was the cost of the room.」

「Excelente」

「Nice, I’d stay again」

「Very nice staff and great service. They tried very hard for my problems. 」

「This was my second stay for a few days at Round Top. Last time it was much cleaner. The elevator, stairs and hallways need a deep clean. The room was ok but there was hair in the shower that wasn’t mine! I’ll go elsewhere for future trips」
