「Reception staff were lovely」

「This is probably the worst place we have stayed at in our lives. This is not a hotel but an apartment which is not cleaned daily they literally make the bed that’s it. There are roaches and the apartments are a throw back to the 90s. They have bar soap for your bath and hand washing purposes and there is a constant moldy smell that doesn’t go away. The staff really can’t clean out the damage to the furniture and outdatedness of this place. The front desk is helpful in finding places and getting...

「Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.」

「Loved almost everything about this property other than the bed was a little small and hard for my liking. Other than that the property is beautiful. The staff is polite and it’s just far enough out the way to be quiet. Uber cost €4 to old town. 100% will be back」
