「Lovely hotel but very little to do. With all guests spending time at the spa there was no beds by the pool. Food was delicious but overall the experience was too expensive compared to its value.」

「We chose this hotel because the May bank holiday was forecast to be very hot and we specifically wanted somewhere with an outdoor pool. Expedia advertised this hotel as having one, so we booked and drove over 3 hours — only to find out the hotel doesn’t actually have an outdoor pool. Extremely disappointing.
Things got worse when we discovered the AC in our room wasn’t working in 30-degree heat. A helpful receptionist with long black hair quickly fixed it and explained that whenever the key...

From helpful check in staff to brilliant waiting staff in the restaurant and the bar our stay was made very special.
