「Unique property. Love that its pet friendly. Stairs to all rooms (no elevator). Breakfast is not included but is available for purchase, but not on Wednesdays where even coffee, a staple at pretty much all hotels, is not available. Manager leaves 7pm and comes back around 9am so, plan accordingly. Loved the upper outside porch but the sunroom (good when its cold outside) is only open when the manager is onsite. 「I love snowboarding so it is a perfect and affordable spot for me. Been there multiple times throughout the years. The coffee and the hot tub amenities are nice, yet I like the literature available myself.」

「My and my friends had the worst time at this hotel. The pool was under construction, and the entire hotel was so cold that the front office gentleman was wearing a coat the whole time. My partner is allergic to the cold and had such a bad reaction we had to leave the hotel early to take her to the hospital. I honestly would love a refund. This was an awful experience. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. 「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」
