「Check in was simple. Brean beach is fantastic for long walks. Brean itself isn’t so great. The accommodation was basic, smelt damp. Oven was filthy. Not somewhere I would recommend. Overpriced for what it was.」

「Wall Eden Farm is a bit of a gem. It’s peaceful and uncomplicated, and the staff welcomed us warmly and seemed genuinely interested in us and making sure we had a good stay. 「The location was nice. We had a sea view room. The problem is that the room also faced the road and we could hear cars all night. And, the mattress was the worst I have ever come across in a hotel. It would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. The bathroom had heated floors however, which was very nice. 」
