「This is a place for when you want to toyally switch off, relax and gave a great nights sleep. Having no TV on the room, meant we went to bed early, heard no a sound all night and came away fully refreshed after one night. There are a couple of nice pubs and restaurants in walking distance and the Thai Orchid is fab.」

「It did surprise me, the quality of the food was very good and delicious. The service in the restaurant is high quality, friendly and happy to help you. Dining can be discounted if you are staying at the same time.」

「The room was large, even with a kids bed in it. Pool was ok but changing rooms and general decor were a little bit “old school”. Free mini-bar included 1 bottle of milk and a Diet Coke; plenty of snacks but no alcoholic drinks in the mini bar.」

「Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. Once you fall for their trap, there's no recourse, and the price is very high. I will never return.」

「Very run down and poorly managed hotel. Tv didn’t work, shower curtain was covered in mold, No clean towels as the took ours and couldn’t replace them for two days. People coming and going all night making a lot of noise talking in reception area that is right next to the rooms. Staff didn’t seem to care we didn’t have any towels for to days and hardly any sleep due to them talking loudly all night and playing music 」

「Breakfast was good, staff friendly and helpful. Room very clean. The grounds are lovely with flowers, fountains trees and lots of places to sit outside. Free coffee and tea available all day. Thames river walks nearby. I’d definitely stay again 」
