「房子不大，但是很舒服，该有的都有。我们定了两个房子，房源紧张，但是给我们安排了门对门。我们很满意了。离巴斯浴场等热门景点走路四分钟。周围很多餐厅。早餐自助餐，很典型的欧式早餐。很丰富。入住和退房都很快。很典型的希尔顿。推荐。」

「This has so far been our favorite Hotel along this 3 1/3 weeks trip through England. We love the location. Staff is warm heartedly friendly and the restaurant really good. 「Lovely big open rooms. Lovely staff. Breakfast was lovely. 」

「The person who greeted us (I think James?) was very welcoming and checked us in quickly. Room felt fresh and had some cool old features. The shower and bed were fantastic. We had a really good pizza and a pint for about £14 each in the lovely gardens (they even put vegan cheese on for me). The breakfast was delicious with high quality ingredients. All in all it was a great stay and good value for money. We hope to see you again post-festival in 2027, thank you for having us!」

「Great location and friendly staff. However the room is considerably small given the price of the room, for 2 person without luggages, we had to keep moving the furniture in order to move around. The heating in the room took a long time to heat up and the bathtub in the room did not work. 」
