I've stayed here multiple times. The accessible rooms are more outdated than the other rooms at the property. It is a nice quiet property to stay at during the winter and the staff were really nice.

Thousand Hills Resort Hotel
If you like nasty loud rooms and horrible front desk service this is the place to go. Nasty cleaning woman so rude. It's to bad, agenda and fake hatred it what is here at 1000 valleys.

The Suites at Fall Creek
Room clean but not spotless. Residual odor from previous guests, yes, probably a twinge of cigarette smoke. Quiet, with ample amenities. Bed hard as a rock. Good value and friendly staff.
