「I reserved a king bed room but they didn't reserved. they put me in a double bed room and requested me to keep the room clean until they call me and then made me stay tidy for 1 hour and never came back. I waited until 12AM and called them back at and someone pretended to say sorry but was not sorry at all and hang me up saying she has more important work to do. 「When I arrived, I needed to change the first room booked for me by the hotel because there were a lot of dirty spots top of the comforter. Then they immediately arranged another room for me which was cleaner than the first room. I stayed here for 2 nights and I had a great time here!」
