「This is a very good hotel in Edinburgh with good customer service and dining service for travelling. The parking space is good enough and the breakfast is delicious for us.」

「Near to perfect place for stay, from facilities, to staff, to location. Spacious, comfy, good sound proof, with everything you need for short or long stay. Will definitely come back if there's a chance. Above expectation provisions include free capsule coffee in lobby, Netflix, and WhatsApp contact with reception which made communication much easier and convenient. Only complaint is the weak water pressures in shower and lack of pillow options. The pillows are bulk and too high for us.」

「While I appreciate Edinburgh was busy due to a big music concert, the marathon and it being a English Bank Holiday weekend, the hotel were clearly charging a premium which wasn't deserved! For the price, I've experienced significantly better accommodation throughput the world. Some of the opportunities : - poor water pressure in the shower - washbasin was cracked - headboard was tatty and deteriorated - brown stains on the net window curtains - no complimentary bathroom extras Thanks for...

「Though it doesn't locate in city center, bus is convenient to access. Room is well maintained and you can find good taste of owner from decoration. Owner is hospitality and helpful. It is a great experience of stay in Edinburgh. 」

「Clean /warm rooms and beds, nice staff, nice view, great price, ~15min walk down the main street to old town and right next to hiking spot. Would be absolutely perfect if the shower doesn't turn cold every once in a while (went there in december), but staff did promise to fix the problem. Would go back if i have the chance.」
