「Wonderful location for the hospital and very comfortable bed.」

「Nice place, however not having an elevator makes it tough for people with heavy luggage or coolers to get to the 2nd floor. Also the ice machine on 2nd floor was out of order... It was nice enough for us, would probably stay again, to be honest.」

「Not that it was a bad issue but the pool was being remodeled and was closed. So my wife decided to use the jet tub in the king suite. The jets did not work and black flaky stuff came out of the tubes. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was the hostess/waitress in the restaurant for breakfast and she was great! Very kind and helpful! Appreciated that very much.」

「No one came to front desk, had to call hotels number to get someone. Sidewalks weren’t shoveled and were extremely hard to walk on. Our bathroom door knob was hanging off, the tv screen was blurry even after trying to adjust settings, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the “fresh” towel hung over the ledge of the bathtub had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. Worst experience we’ve ever had. This trip was not for leisure, it was a hospital stay so we only needed the room to...
