Property and restaurants were very nice. Room was terrible, very difficult to shut doors, shower water temperature would go from extremely cold to extremely hot without adjusting, we reached out the first day we were here and no one ever responded back over our 4 day stay, so never had a decent shower. ...

I did not stay under this reservation, and have been trying since 3/26 to have this reservation canceled and refunded, due to the fact that a duplicate reservation was inadvertently made. I do not feel I have gotten the proper amount of attention in this matter and it seems to have been bounced around ...
