「The staff was incredibly helpful from early check in , late check out, information on places to visit, where to eat and the amenities of the resort.」

「They really did not have a breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, And waffles really dont do it for me. If you are going to say you serve breakfast you got to do better than that. What you have is self-serve for an adolescent.」

「There was lots hairs on bed before I use my room So they change my room as per my request.」

「This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.」

「The breakfast was amazing. The pool was a little small for the number of guests but it had a great rooftop view. Would definitely stay again!!」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

The resort was family friendly but quiet and relaxing. The beach access was private and perfect. Thank you everyone at this resort love you guys!」
