Oh no! I'm sorry to hear you didn't received your desired room type. While booking through a 3rd party limits our options for changes, this was not the reason we were unable to move you. Unfortunately having been at 100% capacity, we simply did not have any other room types available. I apologize if this was verbalized to you incorrectly by the staff.
