「優點: 房間非常舒適，是讓人很放鬆酒店。早餐好吃，特別是麵包。缺點: 沖涼房隔水不好，很容易滲一灘水在門口。 其實酒店員工都非常nice，服務也很周到，但仍然有一些讓我很不解的地方，希望供大家參考。 1. 本人習慣每次訂酒店，都會告知酒店航班資料跟大概到達時間。這家酒店非常好，竟然有派車去機場接我們，問題是起碼回覆一下我的郵件，讓我們知道就不會讓司機白跑一趟了，所以是我們自己上了的士去到酒店，才知道已有人在機場等…很無奈，也對司機感到很不好意思。 2. 打算租車一天遊吳哥小圈及吳哥寺看日出，雖然酒店的報價比正規的士報價要高一點，但也覺得反正住那麼多天，給多一點酒店員工賺也好。結果看日出的那天早上四點多等我們居然是一台duk duk車，明明訂的是私家車，mark的價錢也是私家車，所以真的很無奈，幸好duk...

「Amazing end to end experience from airport pickup to airport dropoff. The airport pickup was on time and we were welcomed by a cold towel and a fresh coconut which was refreshing under the hot and humid Cambodia weather. When we arrived the hotel, all the hotel staffs came to welcome us and make us feel home. 「I loved my stay at Siemreap Vasinh Residence. It was surrounded by nature. The trees and the animal sounds made you feel calm and relax. The sound when the wind blows the trees and from the roosters all made you feel like you are in touch with the nature yet you are in the airconditioned spacious room with a comfortable bed. I did not want to leave the room when I was there. The hotel was clean and was in a great location and had a restaurant for convience. Not to mention, I forgot my passport...

「Lovely staff who could not do enough for us. Lots of very kind little extras throughout our stay. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed. A little bit out of town but they offer a daily free tuk tuk service (even if you are paying this only about $2). Free transfer from the airport was also much appreciated. 」

「The hotel is nice, it locates at a remotes area so I can enjoy the nature and peace of Siem Reap. The staff is nice too, they are helpful, and greet ya every tine when we go out or come back.... Althogh there is not much selection for breakfast, the taste is good. Since hotel is not in downtown, so if you want to eat you need to take tuk tuk every time around 10mins」

「A beautiful property in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. All of our sightseeing requirements were arranged for us and we were given an English speaking tuk tuk driver for the whole of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The swimming pool was great. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay here again.」

「The resort is located at the middle between Angkor Wat and the middle of the downtown. Travelling to Angkor for sunrise or sunset takes about 15 minutes ride. Hotel staff are helpful on every matters, from the choice of food or getting help on reservation of restaurants, or recommending restaurants in the city.
