"Out of date furniture, pull out couch bed had a huge stain, and a sheet that has been stuffed in there for who knows how long. Since it's and inward hotel, very noisy didn't help that there was a huge influx in children yelling and running around. Room smelled old."

"Room was very clean we barely interacted with staff besides a sweet lady from housekeeping Ice machine seems to always be broken this is our second stay at this location this time it was HOT inside of the hotel like unnecessary baking it wasn’t this hot during our last stay besides the scorching heat/humidity this is a great location not far from SA great attractions seeing how we were on vacation with our kiddos the mall & great foods was all less than 15 mins away "

"Got to the property around 11 pm. Took about 15 minutes for someone to let me in the door to check in. After I was given a room,i was told they made a mistake and had to give me a different room. The room was ok. Some of the lights didn't work. There was some hair on the bed. If you plan to only sleep for one night, that may be good. Take shampoo and soap to bathe. They have pinky size bottles and it was barely enough for my hair. When I checked out i asked for the receipt and the guy told me the printer was broken but i signed the check in receipt the night before that they printed in front of me. He said he would email me the final receipt and still never got it. Maybe I'm being to dramatic but I've been charged at other places for early check in and tried to dispute it and could never get a hold of anyone. That was 25 dollars for a service I didn't use. "

"No shampoo in the rooms. No tissues either. (had to change rooms because the bed frame made very loud noises when getting into the bed or accidently kicking. It is a very cheap tin frame) Breakfast was a big disappointment. Half a loaf of white bread and brown. No pastry either. I could tell the scrambled eggs were bought in bags and then cooked. (not freshly cracked) Several things ran out as we ate so we had to find manager to replace. Do not believe photo of breakfast area."
