「Everything was great. Fabulous breakfast buffet. We will definitely return when come back to Branson.」

「It was very well maintained, the staff was extremely kind and accommodating and very clean」

「Best hotel and very clean words can not express how much we enjoyed our stay.」

「Room was just ok, the air conditioning did not work and the room didn't have any washcloths. No one to call about issues.」

「It's not convenient to eat, the carpet is too old and has a peculiar smell...otherwise it's ok」

「unclear or how I use the no front desk entry」

「Reserved Parking in front of your door」

「To start with when we arrived we were put out in a back building. We did get clean towels every day but that was it by the time we left I could write my name in the dust. Breakfast was usual fare but no fresh fruit no pastries. The hotel was full but there was one two slice toaster that was very very slow so trying to get a piece of toast was almost impossible. Why can’t they figure out maybe 2 four slice toasters would be an easy fix. The hotel is in need of a serious update.」

「Sales agent at desk was an asset.」

「It was a bed and bathroom for the night. Nothing fancy. Beds were hard but it was clean. No where to hang towels not even hand towels. It was nice to have a shuttle to park and the staff were friendly. If you are just needing a very basic no frills hard beds this is your place. They had a coffee maker but no cups or coffee.」

「Clean room. Had to go to sister hotel for breakfast.」

「It was easy to get to, staff was helpful, room was clean」

「This was my first stay at this Best Western. It was very quiet, well-staffed, clean, and comfortable. I don't remember a quieter room from climate control, street noise, and hallway noise. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the side chair with ottoman was perfect. Breakfast was better earlier in the shift unlike other places where business traffic is high. This hotel had concierge service for tickets and reservations, a plus. I was very satisfied with the value for the price!」
