Rustic charm meets modern art

Nestled in quiet little valley with a stream, large, clean, rustic cabin with a great room and on-site restaurant, variety of interesting metal artworks both inside and out on the grounds, including a xylophone sound garden, close to Boulder and Upper and Lower Creek Calf Falls just a few minutes down the old Hells Backbone road. Very friendly staff.

The staff member at check in was extremely kind and welcoming. When we asked about what to do for dinner (which is limited in the area) because the restaurant on site was closed, she graciously called and made a reservation 10 minutes down the road at Hell’s Backbone Grill. If you dream of staying in a log cabin guest ranch, this is the real deal. Its a beautiful log cabin , set in the mountains of Utah. I really enjoyed the hotel and the staff were awesome! It is very remote, but for me, it added to the appeal. There is a restaurant on site and we had a nice meal there. The server was extremely nice.

Wonderful, rustic hidden gem. Log cabin feel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurant on premises was really good. High quality food that would compete easily against restaurants in larger cities. Farm grown food.
